1.         SEE YOUR 2011-2012 G.R.O.W. Schedule for the weekly schedule of crafts and singing.

 

NOTE: There have been some changes with the upcoming “Crafts” schedule. Crafts for Grades Pre-2 has been moved to January 29th, and for Grades 3-5 Crafts will be on February 19th.

 

2.         BIBLE LESSON:

            Today:             Lesson WS 12: That’s a Riot!

            Next Time:      Lesson WS 13: Assassins.

                                   

3.         GRADES K-2:           Bible Story from the "READ WITH ME BIBLE":

            Today:             This lesson not in this Bible. Please do your best to teach this story by using reading selected portions from a regular Bible and the lesson plan questions & answers.

            Next time:       “Saul Believe”/p415 (this is a review of the story studied this past fall on September 25th, which is repeated in today’s Bible reading of Acts 21:1-16 as Paul re-tells the story of his conversion). If time allows (after selecting discussion questions from below); you may also may also want to review the stories about Paul on pages 422 & 424 - but save the story on page 430 for a later lesson.

                                                                                ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

4.         SMALL GROUP BIBLE STUDIES! Please prayerfully consider participating in one of these fellowship/studies. Several 9-week LifeLight studies covering the last half of the book of Romans will be starting the week of January 29nd (with daily 15 minute preparation during this week). One will be held at 4:00pm and another at 6:30pm on Sunday afternoon; and a women’s group held Monday evenings at 7pm. There is also a “no preparation” breakfast Bible study using the book “COUNTERFEIT GODS: The Empty Promises of Money, Sex and Power - and the Only Hope That Matters” held on Wednesdays at 7am at the TNT Restaurant in West Fargo. There is also a weekly (no preparation) small group fellowship/study held for young adults (high school graduates on through the 20's or so) held Monday evenings at 8pm which will be studying a variety of topics (including a study of “Heaven” using the “Good News” resource. A complete list of studies being offered can be found in the January TRUMPETER insert, and also at the display on the information table in our gathering area.

 

5.         DISCOVER GOD’S PLANS FOR FINANCIAL FREEDOM! “CROWN MONEY MAP” SEMINAR! St. Andrew is hosting a 1 day “Money Map Seminar” on Saturday, March 3rd from 9am-4:30pm. This nationally acclaimed seminar is designed to HELP EVERYONE to learn practical and biblical steps for eliminating debt, developing confidence in making financial decisions, and developing a personalized plan for managing finances based on biblical principles! The registration fee is $25, which includes lunch. (If financial assistance is needed to attend, please simply advise us as we don’t want to exclude anyone from gaining the important helps provided by this seminar! Thank you.)
